Riding exercise of the day - 10

I've started to focus more on basic exercises these last days, since the basics are.. well, the basics :)

Today; stop being a slob when riding through corners!

Many riders struggle when passing a corner. Instead of focusing on the fact that each corner is a quarter of a circle, they just pass through. Doing that means missing out of lots of great training, balance, control and stretching!

So to do this exercise, simple pass through each corner as if it was a circle. You are in control, planning each step of the way. If you struggle, do a whole circle in the corners instead until you feel ready.

Remember to both start planning the path as well as turning in time.
