Mårten Trotzig

Yesterday's dinner at the famous restaurant Mårten Trotzig was so much fun and the food was great.

I ate:
 Roasted fillet of reindeer with blackcurrant sauce, blackberry cream,

potatoes and chanterelle timbales flavored with Skärvångens goat cheese


Dark chocolate sorbet, milk chocolate ice cream,
white chocolate sorbet served with almond and-
chocolate crumbs
