Monday = riding excersice of the week 1

Galloping over poles is a great excerise in many ways; It doesnt wear on the horses, it increases the riders determination of distance, trains the control of strides.... It's basically magic.

Place 3 poles on both long sides with 15 meters distance between each pole. Start out with 4 strides between each pole and once thats working, mix and swtich with 3, 4 and 5.
